  • No. While you don’t need formal pre-approval, you do need a ballpark idea of your borrowing capacity. This can come from your mortgage broker or I can help you get it sorted. Knowing your budget means I can target properties that meet your goals from the very start, saving you weeks of wasted searching.

  • I’m paid by property developers when you purchase a property I recommend but I’m 100% independent. I don’t work for any one developer and if a property doesn’t meet my capital growth and rental yield criteria, you’ll never see it. My only goal is finding a property that grows your wealth and meets your lifestyle goals.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients are first-time investors. We start by looking at what resources you already have (savings, equity from family, or other assets) and create a plan to get you into your first investment property without compromising your lifestyle.

  • Yes. Every property I present has passed a strict vetting process based on 100+ data points by independent research houses, from population growth and rental demand to build quality and future infrastructure plans. If it doesn’t tick every box, I won’t recommend it.

  • I specialise in brand-new, fixed-price, turnkey house-and-land packages in high-growth locations across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. These properties are built to attract quality tenants, generate consistent rental income, and grow in value over time without the headaches of renovations or major repairs.

  • New builds offer strong capital growth potential than apartments, come with builder warranties, and are turnkey, meaning they’re tenant-ready from day one. Most importantly, they’re also fixed-price, so your budget isn’t shocked. They also attract quality tenants and minimise ongoing maintenance, making them a smart long-term investment.

  • If you love digging into the market, that’s great. But without access to developer-direct and off-market opportunities, you’re still competing with every other buyer in Australia (including owner-occupier, not just investors). I bring you vetted, investment-grade properties you won’t find online, complete with the data, due diligence, and negotiation done for you.   • Not when it’s done strategically. Some of the strongest returns come from high-growth regional hubs supported by infrastructure spending, strong job markets, and population growth. I’ll show you exactly where these opportunities are and why they’re worth your attention.

  • Waiting usually costs more than acting. While you’re on the sidelines, prices in growth areas keep climbing, your buying power shrinks, and you miss out on months (or years) of capital growth and rental income. The smartest investors make their move when the numbers work, not when the headlines say “go.” I’ll help you find an investment that stacks up now, so your future self thanks you later.

  • Yes. I work closely with trusted mortgage brokers who can walk you through your financing options, explain loan structures, and position your application to get the best possible terms. Together, we make sure you’re finance-ready before the right property appears. I don’t take commissions from brokers, and you’re free to use your own. My role is to keep the process clear and investor‑focused.

  • Once finance is ready, many of my clients secure a property within 7–21 days. Some move even faster. The key is being finance-ready so we can act the moment the right property becomes available. Every month you wait could mean paying more for the same property. I won’t rush you into a purchase but I will make sure you’re ready to move when opportunity knocks.

  • New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast). These are markets I know best, and where I have proven, on-the-ground relationships to get you access others can’t.

  • I only work with Australia’s most reputable builders and developers. The ones with a 100% completion record, solid financial backing, and years of delivering quality homes on time. They use in-house teams rather than relying entirely on subcontractors, which means fewer delays and better control over quality.

    Most of our builds are completed within 4–6 months, and I personally vet every builder’s track record before presenting you an opportunity. I’ll never recommend a property that puts you in a position where you can’t benefit. Your success is my success.

  • For eligible investments, yes. Some properties come with rental guarantees, giving you predictable income from day one. I’ll let you know if a property qualifies and how it can benefit your portfolio.
